I’m Aldona Frelik. A certified coach, bilingual professional, and someone who knows what it’s like to lead from behind the scenes.

Over the years, I’ve covered for a global logistics manager, led complex international operations across Europe and the Middle East, and – in one memorable chapter – mentored my own boss. (Yes, really.)

I’m also part of the leadership team at my local Toastmasters International, where I serve as Resource Manager. I continuously grow and practice what I preach. Clear communication, self-leadership, and showing up with presence.

In addition to coaching, I co-lead LOBUSTRA, a consulting practice that helps global businesses optimise logistics and strategy. It’s another place where clarity, calm, and practical insight come together.

I also take part in community volunteering, offering emotional support to busy and overwhelmed individuals. I help them offload their worries, reframe life events, and strengthen resilience, because leadership starts within.
