FAQs

Who do you work with? Do I need to be a manager or a CEO to benefit from your coaching?

Not at all. I work with professionals who are ready to grow – whether you’re an aspiring leader, navigating a career transition, or already in a leadership role. You don’t need a title to lead; you just need the desire to move forward with clarity and purpose.

What is the difference between Clarity Coaching and Language + Leadership Coaching?

Clarity Coaching (90 min) focuses on your mindset, choices, and leadership development. It’s deep, structured work on your goals, confidence, and clarity.

Language + Leadership Coaching (60 min) is designed for professionals who use English as a second language and want to improve communication, speak with impact, and grow as leaders internationally. It blends language confidence with real leadership conversations.

Are your sessions in English or Polish?

You can choose. I coach in both English and Polish, depending on your preference or comfort level. Some clients switch between both languages during sessions, and that works too.

How do I know which service is right for me?

You’re welcome to book a free 30-minute Discovery Call. We’ll explore what you’re looking for and whether Clarity Coaching or Language + Leadership Coaching is the better fit or even a mix of both. No pressure, just conversation.

Do you work only for people in the UK or Poland?

No, I work with clients across the world, especially professionals working internationally or navigating career transitions abroad. All sessions are held online, so wherever you are, we can work together.

What is coaching and what can I expect from the session?

Coaching is a collaborative and equal partnership between the coach and the client (that’s you). It’s a conversation with purpose. The one where I, as your coach, ask questions that help you access your own insight, clarity, and direction.

I don’t give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I create a structured, safe, and focused space for you to explore what matters most. You are the expert in your own life; I bring the tools, structure, and presence to help you navigate it with more clarity and confidence.

You are responsible for the action and change. I am responsible for the framework, the quality of the space we create, and choosing the right coaching tools to support your process.

Coaching is not therapy, mentoring, or consulting. It’s a powerful process designed to help you move forward with intention and courage.

When can I expect results?

Coaching is a measurable and intentional process. At the start of each session, we define what you want to walk away with: a specific insight, clarity, or direction. We then work toward that goal together during the session.

Some results are immediate. You’ll likely leave each session with new clarity or perspective. Others take shape over time. Coaching often continues to “work” beneath the surface, and many clients report new insights or shifts days or even weeks later.

Change isn’t always instant, but it’s intentional, and you’ll feel it unfolding.

What topics can I bring to a coaching session?

Coaching is highly flexible. You bring the topic, I bring the structure.

Typically, we focus on one clear topic per session to give you space for deep exploration and measurable outcomes. But there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I’ve worked with clients who came in with a clear goal, and others who simply wanted to explore a broader area, and both are valid.

You can bring anything that feels unclear, stuck, or unresolved. Whether it’s a decision you’re facing, a habit you want to shift, a change you’re navigating, or a challenge in your leadership, career, or communication.

Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you move forward with intention. It’s not therapy (which works with the past), nor is it consulting or mentoring (which offer advice). In coaching, you are the expert, and I’m here to guide the process.
